What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies by product and transport mode. Air freight: from 300 kg. Sea freight: from one pallet or one 20' container. Contact us for a quote tailored to your volumes.
Do you provide phytosanitary documents?
Yes. We systematically provide a phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, detailed packing list and pro forma invoice. All documents required for EU customs clearance are included.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We mainly work with FOB Cotonou, CIF (destination port/airport) and DDP (delivered duty paid). The Incoterm is agreed when preparing the quotation, based on your preferences.
Do you offer private label / white label?
Yes. We provide custom labelling to your specifications: brand, design, regulatory information and barcodes. Packaging can also be adapted to your formats.
How are quality disputes handled?
Each lot is inspected before shipping (sizing, ripeness, defect-free). If a non-conformity is observed on arrival, we process the claim within 48 hours with photo evidence and offer a credit note or replacement as appropriate.
