The form collects your company, contact name, email, delivery country, volume and requested product. You may add a phone number, frequency, preferred date and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to assess your request.

This data is used only to respond to commercial enquiries, prepare a quote, discuss an import-export need or follow up on a professional relationship.
Legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of the user's voluntary request and the legitimate interest of AST Trade International in responding to professional enquiries received.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up on the commercial relationship, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Data recipients
Requests are accessible to the AST Trade International team responsible for commercial follow-up and the technical providers needed to transmit and host them, including Formspree for the form. Data is not sold to third parties.
Contact form

Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection and, where applicable, portability, write to contact@ast-trade.com. These rights apply under the conditions set by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics measures visits and interactions only after audience measurement cookies are accepted. Quote events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for six months. You can change it or withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer of every page. Fonts are hosted with the site.
